Terms of Service

Figures produced by our online calculator are non-binding ballpark estimates based on the acreage, service, and crop you enter. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after we review field access, obstacles, buffer requirements, product selection, and scheduling window.

All flight operations are subject to weather, airspace authorization, and regulatory conditions. We may delay or reschedule work due to wind, precipitation, lightning, temperature inversions, or airspace restrictions. We make every reasonable effort to shift work to the nearest suitable window and will keep you informed.

You agree to provide accurate field boundaries, identify sensitive areas such as beehives, organic ground, surface water, livestock, and occupied structures, disclose known obstacles including wires and towers, and secure permission for us to operate over the property in question.

All products are applied according to label directions by licensed applicators. Where you supply product, you are responsible for its suitability, legality for the intended crop and site, and for providing accurate labeling and safety documentation. We may decline any application we believe to be unsafe, off-label, or non-compliant.

Mapping, imagery, and reporting deliverables are provided for your operational use. You receive a license to use them for your own farming, land management, insurance, and lender purposes. Precision Drone LLC retains copies as required for record keeping and retains ownership of its processing methods and templates.

Our services are provided as decision support. Agronomic outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including weather, soil, genetics, and management. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

Invoices are issued after work is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing, and are due within 30 days. Late balances may accrue reasonable interest and collection costs.
