Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle your operational data.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you voluntarily submit through our quote calculator, contact forms, phone calls, and email — typically your name, phone number, email address, field location or acreage details, crop information, and the services you are interested in.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, in order to understand how the site is used and to keep it functioning correctly.
2. Aerial imagery and field data
Imagery, maps, and application records generated during a flight over your property are treated as your operational data. We use them to deliver your requested services, maintain required application records, and improve our own flight planning.
We do not sell your field boundaries, yield information, or imagery. We will not publish identifiable imagery of your property for marketing purposes without your written permission.
3. How we use information
We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule and perform services, keep legally required pesticide application records, invoice for completed work, and follow up about your project or seasonal scheduling.
4. Sharing of information
We share information only where necessary: with service providers who help us operate (for example, scheduling, mapping, and processing software), with regulatory agencies where application records are legally required, and where compelled by law.
5. Data retention and security
Application records are retained for the period required by state and federal regulation. Other records are retained as long as needed for our business relationship. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information in our care, though no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
6. Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes at any time by emailing or calling us using the details below.
